Pete is a graduate of the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, St. Mary’s University School of Law, and Webster University.  During his professional career he served in the U.S. Army, the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN), and Fortune 100 financial institutions.  His experience spans entry-level managerial roles to senior executive positions.

He served with leaders in many different disciplines willing to share their experience and expertise. Their example and mentorship shaped many of the values and concepts reflected in his writing today.

As a proud Army Brat, Pete calls El Paso, Texas, home and he grew up across the United States and Europe.  His career took him back to Germany twice and throughout the United States. Today, Pete lives in Fair Oaks Ranch, Texas, with his Collie, Jake.  When he isn’t writing, you might find Pete cycling in the Texas Hill Country or hiking in America’s beautiful southwest.
